Woodsy Wonderland Collection

Hello friends & welcome to Heartfelt release week...

Woodsy Wonderland Collection

Take an adventure on the path less traveled and lose yourself in an enchanting woodsy wonderland filled with magnificent wildlife, beautiful scenic expanses and delicate field flowers.
Heartfelt Creations invites you to explore the new Woodsy Wonderland Collection.  Step softly as to not spook the peaceful inhabitants or trample the native wildflowers as you set about exploring your surroundings.  Immerse yourself in a stunning paper collection showcasing a beautiful outdoor themed color palette of rushing river blues, orange and yellow sunset hues, grass like greens accented with the softest wildflower whites, deep purples, and posy pinks, pulled together and grounded with dark tree bark browns, sky blues and moss like greens.  Discover charming cottages, babbling brooks, and grassy fields boasting home to majestic deer, chattering squirrels, prancing skunks and frolicking foxes.  Bold stripes and crosshatch patterns will remind you of trampled wildlife trails, creating eye catching backgrounds for the tiny woodland creatures depicted on the varying sizes of premade card panels or within the three extremely detailed and realistic forest themed cling stamp sets which provide the ideal elements for creating your very own woodsy wonderland on your next paper crafting project.  Pair with the coordinating dies to create dimensional forest scenes laden with fallen tree stumps, grassy knolls, darting rabbits, scampering raccoons, decorative butterflies and song filled birds all at play in majestically treed forests!  So, breathe deeply, exhale and allow the beauty of our enchanting woodlands to bring a sense of wonder, calm and peace to your soul as you craft your cares and worries away in the tranquility of our Woodsy Wonderland Collection.

It is a wonderful collection & I have made a simple sympathy card for today using this collection along with some black friday release...

Beauty Blossoms From the Inside

Hello friends  & Welcome to Inspired by Stamping inspiration post.

This is my last post as DT for Inspired by Stamping
The last 3 years as IBS DT member were amazing...I thoroughly enjoyed it but I won't be able to continue next year because of some personal reasons... Thanks a lot Joanna for having me here...
I would also like to thank all the lovely readers who always encouraged me with their wonderful comments!

Now moving onto my card & a short tutorial...
I have used Cherry Blossoms & Words of Inspiration II for today's card
20161206_212621
I started with stamping the  Cherry Blossoms stamp set with Black Archival ink & colored it with Gansai Tambi Waterolors & koi waterbrush. Once colored I fussy cut it.
20161206_193612
Next I die cut a piece of white cardstock with Geometric Lattice Coverplate Die, trimmed it & adhered it to a piece of white cardstock inked with Salty Ocean Distress Ink. I stamped the sentiment from Words of Inspiration II on 4 x 5 1/4" white cardstock.
20161206_195850
Now its time to assemble the card. The sentiment panel was mounted on a A2 card base inked with Salty Ocean Distress Ink & then the die cut panel was adhered down on that. I used foam adhesive to adhere the flowers for some added dimension. Lastly I added few drops of White Blizzard Nuvo Drops to add the finishing touch.

Envelope Punch Board Gift Box Tutorial with Heartfelt Creations

Hello friends & welcome to Heartfelt Wednesday

I am sharing a tutorial for a gift box today made using Envelope Punch Board & Pampered Pooch Collection by Heartfelt Creations.

20161204_083629
We need 2 pieces of 7" x 7" cardstock. Align all 4 sides of the cardsock at 3 1/2" mark, punch & score. Repeat this with both the pieces.
20161117_210500
Now score all 4 sides of both the pieces at 3/8".
20161117_210940
Cut off the corner squares as shown. For the top portion of the box cut off both flaps from one of the sides as shown. This will be the opening of the top portion of the box. Apply tacky tape on the flaps of the bottom piece leaving 2 flaps on one of the triangle pieces. This will be the opening of bottom portion of the box. I like to decorate the box with pattern papers at this point.
20161203_162345
Carefully align and adhere the top & bottom pieces. The picture below shows how it will look like after the box is assembled. Make a hole in the top & bottom opening pieces to thread the ribbon through & tie a bow to close the box.

Decorate the box with pattern papers & embellishments of your choice.

Rainbow Birthday Card

Hello friends & welcome to So Suzy Stamps inspiration post...
I have made a rainbow birthday card for today's post & I have also made a step-by-step tutorial for this card.
20161126_142428
I started out with die cutting the numbers from a white cardstock
20161126_132524
Next I inked the card front with various shades of rainbow around the edges
20161126_133448
Now I adhered the die cut cardstock on the inked background.
20161126_134656
I used the Mini MISTI to position Number of Years stamp & stamped it with black archival ink on the card front. I used die cuts for Happy & Birthday. I inked a piece of white cardstock with same inks as the background & die cut it with the happy die & I used black cardstock to die cut the Birthday. I adhered them on the card front to finish the card.

Hope you like my card for today...
Thank you for visiting :)

I am sharing a tutorial for a gift box today made using Envelope Punch Board.

Now score all 4 sides of both the pieces at 3/8".
