Today I am revisiting one of my favorite stamp set by Inspired by Stamping Words of Inspiration

For today's card I started with making the stenciled background. I inked it very lightly so that the color is darkest at the center & fades out at the edges for a soft background. Next I added some black paint splatters with my brush on the stenciled background.
For my sentiment I die cut a white circle, a gold circle & a black circle. I stamped my sentiment from Words of Inspiration stamp set with watermark ink on the black circle & heat embossed it using my white embossing powder. Next I stacked all the 3 circles as shown & adhered it to the card front.
