I have always been very fond of balloons...
& what are birthdays without balloons......
I have made a fun birthday card with die cut balloons & various stamps from Flower Of The Month: Aster...
I have inked the die cut balloons & stamped them with dots & chevrons stamps from Flower Of The Month: Aster stamp set.... The sentiment is also from the same stamp set... For the blue border I have stamped the dots stamp repeatedly...
