Warm summer breezes have begun to cool, and daylight hours have started to shorten…tall grasses rustle in the wind preparing to make their way to seed, and leaves slowly begin their tumble to the ground to insulate the earth for the cooler upcoming season. As summer begins to fade, and the bright hues of heat loving florals dim, it is then that the graceful aster takes the limelight and becomes the crowning glory of the autumn season, lending it one last burst of color with their blends of pretty purples, pleasing pinks, and blazing blues! Join us as we bid summer farewell and celebrate the arrival of the autumn season with the Wild Aster Collection from Heartfelt Creations! Take a walk among the last perennial wildflowers of the waning summer season as you delve into a paper collection draped in light and airy asters hued in vibrant fuchsias and pretty purples, all accented with glorious greens, precious pinks and tranquil creams. Instructions :
Cut a 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" piece of pattern paper from Wild Aster Paper Collection and adhere it on a 5" x 7" white card base. Die cut 2 pieces of white cardstock using the dies from Heart of Joy Decorative Die and Fleur Border Basics Die. Adhere them as shown on the card front using Darice Adhesive Foam Strips.

Stamp the flowers from Floral Fashionista Cling Stamp Set and Wild Aster Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with Wild Honey and Seedless Preserve Distress inks respectively. Stamp the leaves and filler spray from Wild Aster Cling Stamp Set and Wild Aster Spray Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper with Forest Moss Distress ink. Die cut all the stamped images using the matching dies from Floral Fashionista Die, Wild Aster Die and Wild Aster Spray Die. Ink the small flowers with Wild Honey distress ink, the asters using Seedless Preserve and Spun Sugar Distress inks, the leaves using Crushed Olive and Mowed Lawn Distress inks and the spray using Seedless Preserve, Crushed Olive and Mowed Lawn Distress inks. Shape them using Groove Golf Tool Set and Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Add Heart of Gold Prills to the Aster centers and the baby pink stamens from Pastel Bead Stamens to the small flower centers. 

Arrange and adhere all the flowers and leaves as shown. Add small lady bugs made with Ebony Black and Red Berry Nuvo Crystal Drops to the floral arrangement. Add Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops randomly on the flowers to mimic dew drops. Add pearls to add finishing touch to the card.
