Cluster background stamping

Hello Friends and welcome to Heartfelt Wednesday.

Today I have a clean and simple card to share with you all.

I have used the cluster stamping technique to create the background for this card.
This is a great technique to get more use out of your sentiment stamps and it also creates an interesting background without drawing the attention from the focal image.
Read till the end for the full supply list and the instructions for this card.

Roses & Confetti Happy Birthday

Hello friends & welcome to So Suzy Stamps inspiration post
Today I am sharing a birthday card that I made for Miss Suzy's Birthday Blog Hop but I had a little accident & so couldn't post on 20th  :(
Better late than never... right!
So here I am sharing the card... with rosesconfetti & a lot of gold...

A Very- Very Happy Birthday Miss Suzy!!!

Scroll down for the tutorial...

I have used Kraft cardstock for my card today...
I started with die cutting the top of my front panel with a speech bubble die
20170216_200340
Then I used masking & heat embossing the Rose Bloom stamp just below the die cut on the bottom part of the 2 parts that I got from the previous step. I have used Ranger's superfine detail gold embossing powder for this.

Once it was heat embossed I used Dot Splatter stamp & masking to create the confetti below the roses. This time I used WOW metallic gold sparkle embossing powder to heat emboss as I wanted the confetti with glitter & sparkle...

I also wanted some color in my card so I used my waterbrush to do quick watercoloring on the heat embossed images...

Then I used my  used Mini MISTI to  stamp Simple Birthday stamp on the top par of the die cut speech bubble & heat embossed it using Ranger's superfine detail gold embossing powder.

Here is my finished card after both the front pieces were glued to the card base... the gold looks so pretty...

Rainbow Birthday Card

Hello friends & welcome to So Suzy Stamps inspiration post...
I have made a rainbow birthday card for today's post & I have also made a step-by-step tutorial for this card.
20161126_142428
I started out with die cutting the numbers from a white cardstock
20161126_132524
Next I inked the card front with various shades of rainbow around the edges
20161126_133448
Now I adhered the die cut cardstock on the inked background.
20161126_134656
I used the Mini MISTI to position Number of Years stamp & stamped it with black archival ink on the card front. I used die cuts for Happy & Birthday. I inked a piece of white cardstock with same inks as the background & die cut it with the happy die & I used black cardstock to die cut the Birthday. I adhered them on the card front to finish the card.

Balloon Birthday Card

Hello friends & welcome to So Suzy Stamps inspiration day...
Today I am sharing a fun birthday card along  with the step-by-step pictorial..
20161110_120016

I started with the background. I choose a fun circles stencil & inked the background with Hickory Smoke distress ink & Clarity Brush for a soft airbrushed look.
20161110_113741

Then I drew a black line on the right border & stamped Simple Birthday stamp on the bottom with the help of my Mini MISTI.
20161110_115057

I wanted a abstract stamped border on the right side of my card so I took a strip of white cardstock and stamped Spire Sage several times on it with Black Archival ink.
20161110_111820

I die cut a balloon from white cardstock big enough to fit my other sentiment & stamped Number of Years stamp n it using my  Mini MISTI.
20161110_111919

I die cut 2 more ballons of smaller size, inked all three of them with different distress inks & glued them to the card front as shown. I also drew the black lines from the balloons to the sentiment
