Be What You Want To Be

Hello friends...
Welcome to So Suzy inspiration day
These days I am out of my mojo ... has that ever happened to you?
I recently moved to a new home & all the shifting & setting up my new home is taking its toll on my creativity... So I did what I do in these situations... I take out my new supplies ( sometimes I also shop for new supplies to get my moko back...shhhhh don't tell this to my hubby... hahaha )
I had recently bought some new So Suzy Stamps, Nuvo drops & dies... So time for them to come out & help my creativity... & here is the card I came up with...

I started with Placing my dies & stamps on my card base to get a visual reference of what will go where & get a starting point to create my card...

Next I cut out 2 pieces of white cardstock with the die...

I inked up my middle piece with Hickory Smoke Distress ink & stamped the Be sentiment on my card base with Onyx Black Versafine Ink. I have heat embossed it using Zing clear Embossing powder & my Ranger Heat-it Tool.

I inked up my topmost panel with Mustard Seed, Twisted Citron & Mermaid Lagoon Distress Inks, a brush & Memory Box Heartwood Stencil.

I glued down all the layers, stamped my Moon Fairy image with Onyx Black Versafine Ink & heat embossed it using Zing clear Embossing powder & Ranger Heat-it Tool. Next I added few drops of Apple Green Caribbean Ocean  & Dandelion Yellow Nuvo Crystal Drops .

I love how it turned out...

  1. Your card is so beautiful, Nupur. Love those enamel dots you made with the Nuvo drops. They look like store bought ones :) Love the fabulous ink blending too on the background!
